Please let us know your desired date and time of use, and we will confirm the availability of the car and guide you through the process.
STEP2
We provide free transportation between Naha Airport and our sales office.
Please let us know your desired pick-up time in advance or call us from the airport and we will pick you up immediately.
It takes about 5 minutes from the airport to our office.
STEP3
We will explain the contract documents to you at our sales office and ask you to make payment upon your acceptance.
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
Customers who have paid in advance can depart immediately upon arrival at the sales office.
STEP4
Our sales office faces Route 331 (Oroku Bypass), which provides access to the Naha Airport Expressway and Okinawa Expressway, avoiding the frequent traffic jams in Naha City as well as the central area of Naha.
If you are planning to take a flight immediately after returning the rental car, please return it at least one hour before the departure of your reserved flight.
If you return the rental car less than one hour before the flight departure, you may miss your flight.
Please return the rental car to the same office where you left it.
Please return the car with a full tank of fuel. If you do not return the car with a full tank of fuel, you will be charged at our set rate.
We will check the condition of the vehicle at the time of return.
After returning the vehicle, we will send it back to you at Naha Airport free of charge if you wish.
